On February 1, FEC held the 277th Executive Meeting at The Tokyo Club, thanks to H. E. Mr. Seiko Luis Ishikawa Kobayashi, Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Japan.

Following the opening remarks by FEC Senior Managing Director Hiroyuki Yushita, Ambassador Ishikawa gave a lecture on “Geopolitics and Venezuela in the New Era: Opportunities and Challenges”.
