On March 5, FEC held the 287th Executive Meeting (Culture Forum) at the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda, thanks to H. E. Ms. Mukasine Marie Claire, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwandato Japan.
Following the opening remarks by FEC President Ken Matsuzawa, Ambassador Mukasine made a greeting and presentation.
