On January 24, FEC held the 286th Executive Meeting (Culture Forum) at the Ambassador’s Residence of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, thanks to H. E. Dr. Lukumwena Nsenda, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to Japan.
Following the opening remarks by FEC President Ken Matsuzawa, Ambassador Lukumwena made a greeting and presentation.
