FEC held the 119th FEC Russia Study Group (Business Forum) at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Tokyo in the presence of Mr. Mikhail Yuryevich Galuzin, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Japan. Mr. Ken Matsuzawa, President of the FEC, gave the opening remarks, followed by a speech by Ambassador Galuzin, and then the introduction of the attendees.
