FEC

FEC sent the 14th FEC Delegation to Viet Nam from December 1 for 7 days. The delegation, consisting of 14 FEC members, was led by Mr. Yoshiki Onoi, Vice Chairman of FEC, Chairman of FEC Japan-Viet Nam Cultural and Economic Exchange Committee (Director & Executive Vice President, J-POWER/Electric Power Development Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Hiroyuki Yushita, Senior Managing Director of FEC joined as Advisor. The Delegation visited Hanoi, Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh. In Hanoi, FEC Delegation made a courtesy call on H.E. Trinh Dinh Dung, Deputy Prime Minister, and exchanged views with Finance Minister Dinh Tien Dung, Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Vice Minister of Planning and Investment, Mr. Le Quang Hung, Vice Minister of Construction,etc. Japanese Ambassador Mr. Kunio Umeda hosted a dinner and gave a briefing for the Delegation. In Hai Phong, the Delegation visited VSIP Hai Phong and DEEP C, Industrial parks. In Ho Chi Minh, they had a meeting with Mr. Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. They had a lunch meeting with Mr. Junichi Kawaue, Japanese Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City.
