Since its establishment in May 1983, The International Friendship and Economic Exchange Council (FEC) has been working as a bridge connecting Japan with countries around the world for over 40 years.
We engage in a wide range of international activities, including economic, cultural, and people-to-people exchanges, striving to promote diplomacy and mutual understanding at the private level.
