Message

Toshiya Ogata, Executive Director of the FEC, paid a courtesy visit to Alberto Paulo, Ambassador of Mozambique to Japan. The Ambassador was born in 1970. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Eduardo Mondlane University, he obtained a Master of Laws degree. As a prosecutor, he has served as Chief Prosecutor of Nampula and Tete provinces, Deputy Attorney General, and Vice Attorney General, and served as Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Mozambique from 2019 to 24. He is a practitioner who has been involved in national administration for many years, mainly in the fields of justice and the rule of law, and assumed his current position in 24.
