On July 4, The International Friendship and Economic Exchange Council (FEC) held the FEC Tokyo International Forum at the International House of Japan, featuring Haruhiko Kuroda, Senior Fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies, National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (and former Governor of the Bank of Japan), on the theme of "The Outlook for the Japanese Economy and the Normalization of Monetary Policy." Following opening remarks by Chairman Matsuzawa, Mr. Kuroda delivered a lecture, followed by a question-and-answer session.
