On January 28, FEC held an Executive Luncheon Meeting at the Royal Danish Embassy thanks to the kindness of H.E. Mr. Freddy Svane, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark. The meeting was held on the theme of“Denmark in ever changing world; focus on Japanese food culture with the Danish taste”. Mr. Yasuo Saito, Advisor of Japan-Europe Cultural and Economic Exchange Committee, Director of Ajinomoto Co., Inc., Former Ambassador to France, made an opening remark and said, “Denmark is a relatively small country in terms of population and area, but it is a cutting-edge country in welfare and environmental issues, renewable energy, women’s advancement, education and culture, etc. I’m also looking forward to the topic of food culture today.” Then Ambassador Svane made a speech.
