From Russian side 3 people attended including Mr. Leonid Agafonov, Deputy Director, Agency of Technological Development andMs. Ekaterina Klikunova, International Network Manager, Agency of Technological Development. From Japan side 8 people attended including FEC President Ken Matsuzawa,Mr. Toshimitsu Mori, Advisor of FEC Japan-Central Asia & Caucasus Cultural and Economic Exchange Committee, Former Consul General of Japan in Khabarovsk,Mr. Takashi Hara, Vice Chairman / Executive Director, Sojitz Corporation,Dr. Hideto Tomabechi, CEO, Cognitive Research Laboratories, a Visiting Professor at Far Eastern Federal University and Mr. Yasuo Edo, Group Assistant General Manager, Global Forwarding Planning and Development Division, Nippon Express Co., Ltd.

The Agency of Technological Development was newly established in June 2016 by President Putin, whose main purpose is to improve Russia’s investment climate and develop small and medium enterprises.
